Registration is now closed for this event.
Now that you are booked onto the event, here’s what you need to know!
The gate will open to drivers from 0630. You will NOT be allowed to gain entry to the unit before this point. Track day staff will meet you at the gate and check your details against our master lists. Please ensure that everyone brings their photo ID with them (Passport/Drivers Licence/Government issued ID card etc). No ID means no entry to the unit, there are NO exceptions to this rule. When you arrive at the main gate, please pull into the lay by to the right hand side and wait to be checked in. Once there are a few cars gathered we will escort that group to the track, then return to the gate to greet the next batch.
The drivers brief will start on or around 0830, so please be in the paddock by this time! After the drivers brief you will be issued wristbands, these are what you will need to show the staff every time you enter the track from the pit lane.
Next there will be 2 sighting laps for all drivers, please do not race or overtake on the sighting lap! Once this is complete, the safety car will pull off and the track will be open!
The track will close between 1200-1300 for lunch. Mobile catering is available on-site throughout the event.
At 1300 the track will open in reverse, and there will be another sighting lap. After this the track will be open until approx 1630-1700.
Once the track is closed, drivers are requested to leave the unit. Those people taking part in both days are welcome to leave their cars/kit in the paddock overnight, but this is at your own risk.
We look forward to seeing you at the weekend!
